As of March 1, 2006, vehicle rental on behalf of 91̽»¨ or its student groups should be through 91̽»¨'s preferred rental provider, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The agreement 91̽»¨ has with Enterprise provides for competitive rental rates which already include automobile liability insurance coverage. The 91̽»¨-Enterprise agreement requires prospective rental drivers to comply with the provisions of the Driving and Motor Vehicle Policy, and that a Motor Vehicle Report is run on all 91̽»¨ drivers. Fill out the

 This form should be filled out completely and submitted to the Department of Human Resources Development and Labor Relations for processing.

Approved drivers should rent the vehicle in the University's name with the approved driver as the named driver.
